18/5/14 - Revelation

To say this professionally we were thoroughly critiqued on our progress. The verdict of such a critique was less than satisfactory.

We went back to the drawing board seeing what we can improve and a lot has been thrown in which I find to be very pleasing!

Another note of concern was apparently the original film idea. An alien stalking through the ship leaving claw marks and blood spatters whilst the captain has to figure out where it is until it starts bashing on the door then when it opens up the real captain is there looking at the cleaner.
For the life of me I don't know why I would have turned down that idea if our team mate had of explained it the way he did back then, which he claims he did. This idea would have been rather rewarding but no sense in going back to the past to change things. We have what we have, let's do the best we can with it.

Currently we're adding a few more scenes and adding more touch ups to the textures so they look less "cartoony". Such methods include bump mapping, better lighting and easy ease. A great deal more is being added into to help the process along.

We're seeing some promising things ahead.
